Todd arrived on time and was very professional and helpful. I found him to be sincere and very knowledgeable in his profession. He took time out to explain everything that would happen at my home and offered to come back when I needed him to. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

I compared six vendors. Brian's team was: better, faster, cheaper on the quote and lived up to their expectations. The big brands were slick sales guys, cocky, and generally clueless and/or dishonest. I'd say Brian was 20% cheaper and he did a fully custom job, found problems no other vendor identified and fixed them at no additional charge. I did a lot of research and would advise readers to recognize that replacing a system is about hiring a craftsman, not about choosing a hardware vendor. Brian's guys are craftsmen.
