| Excellent -- great at maintaining contact. Made sure we would have enough heat for the night one furnace was off. Did extras. Notes that he will return in 3 months to verify that all is well. A small amount of cement spilled on our carpet -- I called to see what solvent I could use (water, as it turned out) -- but he wanted to come himself and do it -- also followed up a day later to be sure it had all come up (it had). We are most pleased. |

| The whole team was great. This installation was a big job and they were on the job on time each day until it was done. They kept me informed of their progress each day. Before the installation of the air conditioner, Ray ( the team leader),found he could upgrade the quoted unit from a 15 SEER to a 17 SEER unit at no cost to me . NOW THAT IS SERVICE. When they left the work area was cleaner than when they started. I could not be more pleased with the job. I would use them again in a minute. |
