I wanted several builtins & patio renovation. He built 1 built-in-then I asked him if he wanted to do a few others for me - he took measurements and I never heard from him again. I emailed him several weeks later to find out if he was interested in doing the other builtins. I never received a reply. I would recommend him based on the work he did but give him a low rating because like SO many other people I try to get to work on my house, they disappear, are uncommunicative & waste my time. I now have to start the process all over again looking for someone else to do the other work. I guess in this great economy no-one needs the work!
