At the inspection (for the quote), they gave me the quote $300 and said "we can start right now". They had everything they needed with them and did the 1st phase of the job right there and then, returned two days later to do the 2nd phase. The job was flawless, even though it included difficult matching of popcorn texture to existing popcorn texture. The patch cannot be distinguished from the rest of the ceiling, it is impossible to see the seam. It was a perfect job. Later I got a quote from another servemagic contractor: $600 for the same job!
