| Matt was on time, in fact he was a little early. He seemed to do a great job with the air ducts. The dryer vent was ok. Because of the kind of pipe, he couldn't use his normal tool. It seems they would ask up front what kind you have and either tell you they can't do it or plan in advance how to clean it. Also, the unit was a all -in-one unit in a small closet in which you have to remove slidiing door to properly clean the pipe as it goes in the dryer. This was not done, so the dryer stopped heating and I had to get someone else to do the remainder. Spots were left on the carpet. It looked like water at the time, but it is a stain |
