Jimmy came out to check fence. He actually called to let me know he could be there early and begin testing the fence before I got home. Once I was home, he checked the settings and showed me how to reset the collars to the proper channel. It was fixed!! Jimmy was very professional, well mannered, and did a great job. The men who put in my fence and trained my dog were very professional and knowledgeable and seemed to really enjoy the process. They were kind and gentle when training my dog. The pamphlet I received outlining the instructional process was thorough and easy to follow, and I've been very pleased with the results; my dog caught on quickly, and I will soon be able to leave him in the yard unsupervised.
