Jay was very flexible with the scope of the job-it changed after he arrived. We wanted Jay to clean the exterior brick of the house because we decided to re roof instead of clean. The final job came out very good. Jay offered to come back and clean the spots that may show up after it dried. I have emailed him whre such spots are and anticipate a visit by jay when he is in this area.

The crew did an EXCELLENT job in cleaning the gutters and downspouts. They also removed storm debris from the roof as agreed. Unfortunately, they were unable to remove the mildew stains from the roof--to my eye, it doesn't appear that the mildew wash had any effect at all. I have not paid for that part of the contract and we are currently negotiating over my lack of satisfaction.
