Andrew was very quick to follow up with me - and not just during normal business hours which was a big help. He also documented everything in writing and was VERY responsive. They had a "caveat" clause in the estimate in case they needed to do extra work which I thought would be included automatically in the final bill but it was NOT! They actually were honest and only charged me for the work done. I was really happy with the work, professionalism and follow through.
